Frank Garafalo Joins Eden Capital as Chief Financial Officer
NEW YORK, November 16, 2022 (Newswire.com) – Eden Capital Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank J. Garafalo as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. Frank comes to Eden with more than 25 years of industry experience, including a strong background working in the education and healthcare sectors. Mr. Garafalo will have responsibility over the firm’s finance, technology, reporting, and compliance functions and will chair the firm’s Valuation Committee.
Prior to joining Eden Capital, Frank was Senior Vice President of Finance for WCG Clinical, a private equity-owned, tech-enabled services company where he led the FP&A, Accounting, Financial Systems, and Treasury functions. During his tenure, the company focused on integrating financial and administrative operations from its 31 acquisitions, upgrading the corporate infrastructure and improving internal controls. Frank has also held roles as CFO at Schoology, Chief Accounting Officer at Certara, and CFO at Barnes & Noble Digital.
